The Plain Bagel is to the Whole Wheat Bagel what the Rye Bagel is to the… Pumpernickle Bagel! This darker, whole grain version of a bagel made from rye grain has an even fuller taste, and adds flavor and pizzaz to any sandwich. These bagels tend to be denser, due to the heaviness of the oils in the whole grain flower, but it has earned itself quite a following because of the excellent taste and smell. Available roughly three days at a time monthly.
