These bagels are synonymous with fall around Bagel Grove, because we wait all year for this bagel to be back in the cases (as well as the accompanying spread, pumpkin cream cheese which is basically like eating pumpkin cheesecake). We add pure pumpkin puree, spice up this bagel with traditional pumpkin pie spices and bake it until it is a lovely orangey-brown and oh so delicious.
