Multigrain Bagel

We’re a bagel shop, so we have a lot of grains and seeds laying around, and they all seem to end up in our Multigrain bagel… the local, organic whole wheat, some pumpernickle flour, cracked wheat, sesame seeds, cornmeal, even rolled oats, make this bagel a hearty choice. This bagel is distinguishable from it’s close sister, the whole wheat bagel, by the sesame seeds which show up as small flecks to set this bagel apart. Available roughly three days at a time monthly.
